I provide psychotherapy and counselling for adults of all backgrounds in St Kilda, Melbourne. I am also available for Telehealth consultations to clients across Australia.

  • Narrative Therapy

My therapeutic style is warm, authentic, and compassionate. I aim to work collaboratively with my clients to set treatment goals and tailor my approach to meet their needs. I value the development of a strong therapeutic relationship and believe that finding the “right fit” is key to successful therapy.

Telehealth

Can’t attend therapy in person? No problem. I offer Telehealth consultations via Zoom and telephone to clients across Australia.

Research indicates that therapy via video conferencing can be just as effective as face-to-face consultations. There are also additional benefits to accessing therapy online, including:

  • The ability to see a therapist of your choosing, regardless of their location

  • The ability to attend therapy from a familiar and comforting environment

  • Reduced external stressors like travel, traffic, and parking

  • Improved ease, convenience & accessibility for sessions; increasing your ability to sustain consistent therapy engagement

Fees and rebates

The cost of a standard 50-minute session is $260. If you have a valid Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP), you are eligible to a Medicare rebate of $141.85. Your out-of-pocket expense will be $118.15 per session.

A MHCP entitles you to up to 10 rebated sessions per calendar year. To process a rebate, I require a copy of your MHCP and referral letter from your GP.

Sessions may also be claimable under private health insurance, depending on your level of cover. Please note that you cannot receive a Medicare rebate and also claim under private health.
